I always hate switching to a new credit card processor, but not only did you make it really easy (an XML API should be required by law!), but
your technical support and customer service is unbelievably excellent. I
can't believe our first batch of cards went through with zero glitches,
and the money was in our bank when promised. The personal support with your folks taking the time to overview the website and answer our questions was a great touch as well!
Seriously, I am really floored every time I think about it. You guys make Payflow and other processors we've used look like something a group of antisocial teenagers threw together in their spare time to irritate their parents.
Really, I've only seen one problem and that was in my code, not yours.
